Fruition Therapy has been providing physical therapy (PT) treatment for the Elkhorn, WI and surrounding communities since 2004.

Fruition Therapy's physical therapist, Carolyn Gualdrón, PT has been a licensed physical therapist since 1996.  As a health care provider, Carolyn's goal is to provide you with the most effective physical therapy treatment designed for you and your individual goals.   Your physical therapy treatment may include pain free exercises and therapeutic massage techniques.  She also feels that giving each patient as much information about how they can treat themselves is very empowering.
