Fruition Physical Therapy is now accepting new patients.

 

We can see your patients within 24-48 hours of your referral.

If you have a patient that you would like to refer to physical therapy, we would be happy to take care of scheduling the patient for you. All that we need to schedule your patient for physical therapy is a Rx for physical therapy including the patient's name, diagnosis and telephone number. You can use your own Rx pad or we have a downloadable physical therapy Rx form that you can use. Once we have that information, we can handle the rest for you including scheduling the patient and confirming insurance coverage. You can call, e-mail or fax us the information, whatever your office prefers.

We realize that when you refer a patient to physical therapy you have determined that this is precisely what the patient needs. Our practice is dedicated to getting objective results and a patient who knows subjectively that he or she has been helped. A patient who KNOWS that he or she has been helped DOES NOT COMPLAIN upon returning to your office for a follow-up appointment. You want results and we get them for you and your patients!

Fruition Physical Therapy has always considered the doctors that refer patients to them as their customers. As customers, Fruition Physical Therapy is dedicated to meeting the referring doctors needs.  We realize that when a doctor refers a patient to another health care provider, he or she expects a certain amount of communication back from the provider.  At Fruition Physical Therapy, we are able to customize the information that you want to receive from us. For example, if you would like progress notes on your patient at a particular frequency, you can request that. Or if you prefer that all communications be e-mailed instead of mailed or faxed we can also do that. We have Spanish speaking staff members.

If you have a patient, that you do not know where to send for physical therapy because they speak Spanish, we want to you be aware that we have fluent and non-fluent Spanish speaking staff members.
